- During the day, I can only accept a limited number of appointments. For an appointment, it's best to sign up 1 day before or the same day at least 2 hours in advance.
- Please understand, when I can't answer the phone at the moment, so please try again later or leave me a message, so I can call you back.
- To make an appointment, please call at least 2 hours in advance.
- Calls: Suppressed number or anonymous calls will not be answered.
- Messages: SMS as a first contact will not be answered.
- No video calls via WhatsApp etc. as first contact.
- Content: The copying or distribution of content on the website is prohibited and subject to prosecution.
- Photos: All rights reserved. Edits, copying, publishing or other alterations of the work may not be made.
- Privacy violation: Infringements of privacy are prosecuted.
- Bullying: Cyber-bullying, telephone and e-mail harassment are reported to the police.
- Reservations: reservations are binding, I take my appointments very seriously and expect the same from you.
- Cancellations: The appointment is considered as business. If you can not take it, then you are obliged to cancel or postpone the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For any inconvenience, I am forced to ask you for 70% of the amount. Because for me as a self-employed masseuse it is a real loss of earnings. Therefore, if you do not appear, you have to pay the fee, although you have received no consideration.
